With the support of a Postpartum Chef, you can enjoy the healing power of homemade food & the time to rest deeply and fully.

Personalized meals are prepared weekly in the homes of new families, while others can opt to receive a delivery of delicious, nutrient-rich meals that I prepare in a local commercial kitchen once a week.

Postpartum In-Home Chef

Once your baby arrives, I will cook in your kitchen 1x/week for 2-6 weeks. While I’m there, I’ll feed you, make you tea, and fill your fridge (& freezer too!) with delicious & healing foods for the week ahead.

Postpartum Meal Delivery

Once a week, I batch cook a selection of soups, stews, snacks, dips and sauces in a commercial kitchen. You pick what you want based on what is being offered that week & it is delivered to your home or to the hospital so you can eat the nutritious foods your body & brain need to heal and thrive while you focus on your baby.

Fill That Freezer

Prior to the arrival of your baby, I will come cook an array of soups, stews, and freezer friendly meals so you can have them in arms reach as soon as you’d like to start nourishing yourself.

Snack Packs

I come to your home & prepare a custom selection of energizing snacks that are homemade, hearty, sometimes savory, sometimes sweet, and easy to eat one hand snacks, quick on-the-go, while nursing, or in-between meals.
