Delivery of these healing, nutrient-rich meals are made once a week to postpartum families in & around Western Massachusetts.

Postpartum In-Home Chef
Once your baby arrives, I will cook a selection of custom meals for you 1x/week for 2-6 weeks. We will fill your fridge (& freezer too!) with delicious & healing foods for the week ahead.
Postpartum Meal Delivery
Once a week, I batch cook a set selection of healing soups, hearty stews, energizing snacks, comforting puddings &porridge, & more. You pick what you want based on what is being offered that week & it is delivered to your home or to the hospital so you can eat the nutritious foods your body & brain need to heal and thrive while you focus on your baby.
Fill That Freezer
Prior to the arrival of your baby, I will cook an array of soups, stews, and freezer friendly meals so you can have them in arms reach as soon as you’d like to start nourishing yourself.
Snack Packs
I prepare a custom selection of energizing snacks that are homemade, hearty, sometimes savory, sometimes sweet, and easy to eat one hand snacks, quick on-the-go, while nursing, or in-between meals.
The Gift of Food
